1. School Entrance - The main entrance to Achtenberg. 2. Parlin Dining Hall - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are all served here. The facility is open from 7am to 8pm. Meal plans are included in tuition. 3. Milbourn Lodge, Faculty Residence - The residence of some of the faculty choosing to live on campus. 4. Athletic Fields - Our fields are equipped for soccer, rugby, lacrosse, field hockey, and softball. 5. Felps Hall - Residence and Office of Headmistress Penner. 6. Faculty & Staff Residences - Scattered throughout the campus, many of our faculty and staff choose to reside on campus. 7. Bedwell Student Center - A fully equipped student center featuring an indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, basketball courts, food court, campus store, and club meeting rooms and headquarters. 8. Outdoor Swimming Pool - Primarily for recreational use, swim team typically uses the indoor swimming pool for practices and meets. 9. Tennis Courts - Free for student use outside of Tennis Team's practice and game schedule. 10. Water Tower - Please do not attempt to climb! 11. Mollie Fosset Student Health Center - Offering 24 hour care for mild injuries and illnesses, also houses a pharmacy for students on prescription medication. The top floor is devoted to student's mental health, and offers psychiatric counseling and therapy to those who need it. The counseling center can also be found on the top floor. 12. Bonilla Hall - Dormitory. All dormitories are equipped with a student lounge and recreation center on the first floor. Dormitories will host student social events from time to time. Most dormitories feature double rooms, with a floor of single residencies for medical reasons or upon special request. Each dormitory comes equipped with basic amenities, cable and internet connections, a private bathroom, and a balcony. The basic layout for a double room can be found here, though students are welcome to rearrange their furniture to their choosing. 13. Etheridge Hall - One of two Academic halls, where a majority of classes are held. Music rooms can also be found here. 14. Hansberry Hall - Dormitory. 15. Maddow Hall - Dormitory. 16. Sykes Hall - Unlike the other dormitories, Sykes Hall offers apartment style living for students. This option is only offered to adult learners. In addition to basic amenities and private baths, each block has it's own kitchen and living room. 4 students to a suite, with options for single or double residencies. 17. Kimberly Hill Library and Career Center - Features an extensive library, quiet study areas and private study rooms, as well as a career center in the basement for assistance in finding internships, and classes on resume writing and interviewing skills. 18. Wardwell Schoolhouse - All administrative offices can be found here, as well as Achtenberg's auditorium, and a small assortment of classrooms. 19. Schoolhouse Parking 20. Student Center Parking 21. Faculty office - Where professor's can be found during their office hours. 22. Fern Saviono Garden and Outdoor Classroom - A now student run garden that is also utilized as an outdoor classroom. 23. Daphne Phifer Stables and Riding Arena - Achtenberg boasts an accomplished Equestrian team, and riding lessons are offered here for the inexperienced. 24. Basler & Baylon Guest House - Offers temporary residence for guest speakers, and families during Parent's weekends. 25. Maintenance Center 26.
